Expert Project Manager – SAP Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

Our client is seeking an expert to lead the Quote-to-Cash scope within a large-scale enterprise resource planning transformation program. The role focuses on overseeing the planning, delivery, and alignment of business and IT activities to ensure seamless process integration and high-quality outcomes.

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) scope within a major transformation program.
• Oversee project planning and delivery while ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and IT functional teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution and transparent reporting.
• Manage relationships and communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to align expectations.
• Monitor the quality of SAP-related deliverables, including configuration, development, and integration testing.
• Support business readiness through the coordination of training, communication, and change management activities.
• Ensure the project realizes expected business benefits such as process efficiency and standardization.

• 8+ years experience in SAP Q2C process management and implementation.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Successfully completed at least one full implementation of SAP S/4HANA in the Q2C domain.
• Proficiency in managing projects using JIRA and Confluence.
• Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end process integration and business transformation.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-stream dependency coordination.
• Ability to lead and motivate project teams while fostering accountability.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to risk and issue management.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English with at least a B2 level in all three.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with program-level governance and PMO reporting structures.
• Willingness to obtain further certifications in SAP or Project Management methodologies.
