Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a specialist to drive change delivery on a strategic project. This role focuses on implementing structured communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies to manage organizational transformation and navigate complex internal and external environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement comprehensive communication, training, and stakeholder management plans.
- Create engaging communication materials and organize events to support project objectives.
- Assess business impacts and end-user readiness to define appropriate change management strategies.
- Facilitate coaching workshops and team sessions to promote the adoption of Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with public stakeholders and operational teams to manage resistance and capture feedback.
- Support the development of a change-oriented culture and contribute to the simplification of internal processes.
Requirements
- You have 7+ years of experience in Change Management within complex organizational environments.
- You bring proven experience working within the energy sector.
- You possess significant experience collaborating with public stakeholders.
- You have a track record of reporting to and influencing Senior Management and executive leadership.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of the ADKAR (Prosci) methodology and hold a valid certification.
- You hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related Business orientation.
- You demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to influence others in environments with high resistance to change.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch with a very good knowledge of the other (French/Dutch) and good knowledge of English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in business process optimization.
- Knowledge of Kotter’s or Lewin’s change models.
- Experience with change management in L&D, Academy, or training contexts.
- Experience implementing a Change Agent Network.
