Senior PMO Project Manager – Real Estate & Digital Transformation

Our client is seeking a Senior PMO Project Manager to lead a complex portfolio of strategic investments across real estate, construction, and digital sectors. The role focuses on providing structure and governance to ensure project predictability and high-level stakeholder alignment. The selected professional will act as the central driver for large-scale initiatives from concept through to final execution.

• Manage complex projects throughout the entire lifecycle from the conceptual phase to final execution.
• Support the development of feasibility studies, design phases, and comprehensive business cases.
• Establish and maintain robust PMO processes, frameworks, and project documentation standards.
• Lead stakeholder management activities with internal departments, executive management, and external partners.
• Deliver transparent reporting and strategic insights to steering committees and management boards.
• Coordinate a portfolio of large-scale strategic projects alongside multiple smaller initiatives.

• 8+ years of experience in PMO leadership and program and portfolio management.
• Expert knowledge of Waterfall and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience overseeing projects in real estate, construction, or digital transformation.
• Strong proficiency in project governance, risk assessment, and budget management.
• You bring a strategic, structured, and proactive approach to organizational challenges.
• You're an excellent communicator with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
