Platform Owner – Mobile Ecosystem & Integration

Our client, a leading organization in the digital services sector, is looking for a Platform Owner to define and evolve the vision of a next-generation mobile platform. The role focuses on creating a scalable and secure ecosystem that allows for seamless service integration while ensuring architectural consistency and high user experience standards.

• Define and drive the platform product vision and long-term strategy for a next-generation ecosystem.
• Translate business objectives into a clear roadmap and a prioritized product backlog.
• Identify and prioritize platform capabilities to support internal and external integration services.
• Establish platform governance, contribution models, and integration boundaries.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
• Monitor objectives and performance metrics to ensure delivered features provide measurable value.

• You have 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java.
• You bring 5+ years of experience with REST APIs, SOAP, HTTP, and Enterprise Integration Patterns.
• You possess 5+ years of experience with Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• You have 5+ years of experience with UI Frameworks.
• You bring 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in Agile environments using SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
• You're experienced in platform ownership, defining product visions, and managing roadmaps for digital ecosystems.
• You have experience using JIRA and SVN for development support.
• You're proactive and possess strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
• You are fluent in English with active knowledge of French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Understanding of Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) principles and component-based architecture.
• Professional certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe.
• Familiarity with security standards and collaboration with DPO stakeholders.

• Duration: 6 months (extensions possible)

• Working model: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite per week)
