IAM Officer – Identity & Access Management Operations

Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is seeking an IAM Officer to join their specialized security team. The role focuses on managing core identity systems and overseeing a dedicated visibility platform to ensure secure and authorized access across the organization.

• Manage and execute current Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes and approval flows.
• Act as the primary Application Owner for the internal identity visibility platform.
• Coordinate as the central point of contact for external vendors and partner organizations.
• Oversee the technical and operational management of specialized SaaS solutions.
• Monitor service delivery from partners and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Ensure the integrity and security of digital identities and user access rights.

• You possess 2+ years of experience in IAM operations.
• You have experience working with IT4IT systems such as API platforms, ESB, or reporting systems.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• You bring a methodical approach and a high sense of detail.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C2 level, combined with C1 level proficiency in English and the other national language (French or Dutch).

Nice to Haves

• Experience as an Application Owner, Product Owner, or Technical Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Professional certification in ITIL or CISSP.
