Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking an energetic professional to temporarily strengthen their material life cycle management team. This role offers a diverse mix of technical and organizational challenges within a modern production environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and maintenance of new materials and services, including compliance checks for supplier changes.
- Research and align local procedures with internal and external standards, addressing gaps through change control processes.
- Ensure business continuity by identifying and qualifying alternative supply options to prevent production delays.
- Migrate technical documentation into updated templates to support evolving operational workflows.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities for direct and indirect items while maintaining high quality standards.
- Optimize data systems and processes using Excel and Power BI to support continuous improvement goals.
- Provide support for technical projects involving R&D, MSAT, and QC departments.
Requirements
- You bring experience working within a GMP environment at a pharmaceutical production facility.
- You possess advanced proficiency in digital tools, specifically Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- You have a strong affinity for technical processes and the ability to assess the criticality of materials and services based on data.
- You're proactive, curious, and maintain a solution-oriented mindset in a dynamic work environment.
- You possess excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge the status quo and engage with stakeholders.

- Experience with specific QC, MSAT, or R&D interfaces.
