Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is looking for a .NET Analyst Developer to bridge the gap between architecture and implementation. The role focuses on translating complex domain models into actionable technical specifications while delivering high-quality code within a Domain-Driven Design framework.

Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level architecture and domain models into detailed analysis documents, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Apply Domain-Driven Design principles to define bounded contexts, aggregate roots, entities, and repositories.
  • Collaborate with legacy system experts to identify refactoring requirements and support seamless system integration.
  • Design and implement modern .NET components and APIs aligned with predefined architectural contracts.
  • Support the adoption of domain-driven thinking within the team through technical analysis and coaching.
  • Deliver end-to-end features including integration testing and deployment while maintaining high code quality standards.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of backend development experience with .NET.
  • You possess 3+ years of experience in technical analysis and translating architecture into actionable technical requirements.
  • You bring practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • You have experience in API implementation and basic knowledge of Event-driven architectures.
  • You possess a proactive mindset regarding legacy system integration and COBOL impact analysis.
  • You're communicative, coaching-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity and ambiguity.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working within Scrum or Agile environments.
  • Previous exposure to large-scale, complex .NET projects.
  • Knowledge of AI-augmented delivery tools.
  • Experience coaching teams on DDD methodologies.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French with basic knowledge of the other.
