IT Buyer

Our client, a global leader in material technology and recycling, is seeking an IT Buyer to join their procurement team. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end sourcing process to deliver effective and cost-optimized IT solutions.

• Manage the entire sourcing process from RFI and RFP through to vendor selection.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure favorable outcomes.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and address IT procurement needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage ongoing professional relationships.
• Maintain and update procurement documentation and records.

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic field or equivalent by experience.
• You bring 7+ years of experience in managing the full sourcing process including RFI and RFP stages.
• You possess 7+ years of proficiency in MS Office.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent negotiation skills.
• You are fluent in English.

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Ariba.
