Our client, a global life sciences organization, is seeking a Quality Performance Lead to play a pivotal role within a major quality management system transformation. This role focuses on the end-to-end design and implementation of a quality performance framework and KPI pyramid to drive data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the Quality Performance framework and KPI pyramid, ensuring alignment between operational metrics and strategic quality objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to co-design KPI definitions, targets, thresholds, and escalation rules.
  • Govern the KPI lifecycle, including creation, modification, and retirement, while ensuring data ownership and governance.
  • Implement the Quality Management Review performance model to consolidate data and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Define requirements for Quality dashboards and reports in collaboration with business stakeholders and digital partners.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of data visualization tools to support operational, tactical, and strategic needs.
  • Promote a data-driven Quality culture through transparent, meaningful, and actionable reporting across the organization.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Data, or a related field.
  • You have 8+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems and Quality Performance management.
  • You bring proven expertise in KPI design, performance frameworks, and data-driven decision support within a GxP environment.
  • You possess strong analytical and systemic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • You're able to challenge experts constructively while building trust and managing stakeholders in complex matrix environments.
  • You are fluent in English.
