Expert IT Project Manager – Mobile Application & Infrastructure

Our client, a major public safety organization in Belgium, is undergoing a large-scale digital transformation to modernize operational efficiency and field services. The role focuses on overseeing the technical evolution, incident management, and release coordination for a critical mobile application suite used by field personnel.

• Coordinate incident management by analyzing root causes, managing resolutions with technical teams, and producing post-mortem reports.
• Oversee bi-monthly release cycles, including testing coordination and internal follow-up with application owners.
• Lead technical projects such as infrastructure migrations and compatibility testing between applications and server environments.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, facilitating regular alignment meetings with external development partners and internal infrastructure teams.
• Monitor and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely execution and improving the maturity of first-line support services.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation regarding the application architecture and operational processes.

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management within complex software environments.
• 8+ years of expertise in Incident Management and Problem Management.
• 8+ years of experience in Release Management and deployment coordination.
• 3+ years of experience in Testing and quality assurance workflows.
• 1+ years of experience using Office 365 for project administration.
• You possess strong technical coordination skills, particularly in infrastructure-related project delivery.
• You are proactive and possess excellent communication skills for managing multidisciplinary teams.
• You are fluent in French and Dutch with active knowledge of English.
