Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Utilities Project Engineer with expertise in HVAC to support infrastructure and utilities projects within existing facilities. This role focuses on managing and executing technical utilities projects while ensuring reliability and compliance in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise regarding HVAC utilities for site infrastructure.
- Manage utilities projects focusing on technical reliability and site efficiency.
- Analyze technical issues to propose and implement practical engineering solutions.
- Coordinate and supervise on-site technical activities during project execution.
- Prepare technical work packages and manage detailed project planning.
- Guide technical planners and technicians throughout the implementation phase.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to pharmaceutical quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- You have a Master or Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- You bring 5+ years of experience with HVAC systems within utilities or industrial environments.
- You possess experience managing projects from initial problem identification through to implementation.
- You're hands-on and comfortable working on-site with technical teams.
- You are fluent in Dutch.
