Our client, a leading organization undergoing a major supply chain transformation, is seeking a Functional Analyst to support their project team. The role focuses on bridging the gap between business processes and technical systems to deliver integrated ERP and logistics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and gather requirements for supply chain and ERP systems.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional designs and specifications for the project.
- Support solution design, gap analysis, and functional validation across various workstreams.
- Collaborate with developers, integration specialists, and testers to ensure end-to-end delivery.
- Coordinate functional testing activities including SIT and UAT while managing defect follow-up.
- Document functional and technical integration requirements for system data flows.
- Contribute to the efficiency and robustness of future supply chain operations through precise documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst within ERP or Supply Chain environments.
- You have experience with end-to-end Supply Chain processes including procurement, warehousing, and order management.
- You bring proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and writing functional specifications.
- You possess experience in ERP or logistics system implementation and integration projects.
- You're familiar with ERP architecture such as SAP ECC or S/4HANA and integration via IDocs or APIs.
- You have experience coordinating functional testing, specifically SIT and UAT.
- You bring the ability to read data models and understand system-to-system data flows.
- You are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing priorities.
- You are fluent in English with professional knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
Nice to Haves
- Functional knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, WM, EWM, SD, or PP.
- Experience with logistics systems such as WMS, TMS, or OMS.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and Power BI for reporting.
- Understanding of warehouse automation or IoT logistics devices.
- Experience in workshop facilitation and challenging business requirements.
