Our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Third-Party Due Diligence Specialist to provide operational support for risk management activities. The role involves managing the onboarding, assessment, and monitoring of external partners to ensure compliance with anti-corruption standards and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple third-party due diligence cases simultaneously to ensure timely processing.
  • Collect, review, and validate due diligence questionnaires and supporting documentation from external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the due diligence systems and case management platforms.
  • Identify and document red flags and potential risks related to anti-bribery and anti-corruption.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary clarifications and risk mitigation evidence.
  • Prepare comprehensive case summaries and documentation for integrity and ethics reviews.
  • Support data quality controls, reporting activities, and audit readiness requirements.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or Risk Management.
  • You bring experience in third-party risk management including ABAC principles and red flag identification.
  • You possess proficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow or case management tools.
  • You have strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • CCEP-I or equivalent certification in compliance, anti-corruption, or third-party risk management.
  • Experience working with the Process Unity platform.
