The Associate Clinical Project Manager (ACPM) supports the Clinical Project Manager in the planning, execution, and delivery of global clinical studies. The role ensures studies are conducted on time, within budget, and in compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end operational management of clinical trials.
  • Maintain an inspection-ready Trial Master File (TMF).
  • Coordinate study documentation, contracts, invoices, and data quality activities.
  • Manage communication between internal teams, CROs, vendors, and study sites.
  • Track study milestones, KPIs, and project deliverables.
  • Support audits, inspections, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate study-specific training and oversee clinical systems (CTMS, TMF, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).

Requirements

Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a CRA or in a similar clinical operations role.
  • Good understanding of clinical trial processes across Phases I–IV.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
