Our client is a dynamic scale-up in the sustainable technology sector looking for a central coordinator to bridge the gap between various technical departments. The role focuses on orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge products from the research phase through to market launch and lifecycle optimization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D, product management, and marketing to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery of complex hardware and software solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive innovation and process improvements to optimize project delivery and scalability within a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate with technical teams to manage hardware retrieval, testing processes, and component reclamation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in managing complex projects involving both Hardware and Software.
- 5+ years of experience with Project Management methodologies and a proven track record of strict methodology application.
- 3+ years of experience within R&D environments or technical product development.
- You have a high level of maturity to effectively manage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- You bring a technical affinity that allows for meaningful insights into technical analyses without performing them yourself.
- You possess strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive ownership within cross-functional teams.
- You're highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
- You are fluent in English.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of NPI (New Product Introduction) structures.
- Possession of PMP or similar project management certification.
- Experience with logistics flows or supply chain optimization.
- Background in the energy sector or charging solutions.
