Fiber Quality Supervisor Brussels

• Perform remote quality checks on contractor deliverables, including document completeness, photo analysis, and KPI reviews.
• Monitor the use of supervision tools across construction sites and coach contractor team leaders.
• Conduct on-site quality audits in buildings during and after works to ensure procedural compliance.
• Provide technical support to resolve issues related to the remote supervision tool and provide on-site instructions to workers.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for contractor teams to improve deployment quality.
• Travel between construction sites within the region to support teams and perform necessary audits.

• You have 3+ years of experience in telecom, utilities, or general construction.
• You possess a VOL/VCA certification and a valid Category B driving license.
• You bring experience with MS Office (Windows, Word, Excel) and basic project management knowledge.
• You are proactive, rigorous, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
• You are fluent in French and/or Dutch with good knowledge of English.
