Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is looking for an Asset Engineer to provide technical expertise for lab and process equipment. This role focuses on supporting commissioning and qualification activities within a cGMP manufacturing environment to ensure reliable operations and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple equipment-related business requests and small projects through the quality change control system.
  • Execute operational commissioning and qualification (C&Q) activities in alignment with global processes.
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for lab and process equipment used in production.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of technical requirements and standards for assets.
  • Provide guidance on compliance and data integrity requirements to ensure consistent technical practices across sites.
  • Maintain strong strategic vendor relationships and coordinate with internal departments to drive technical solutions.
  • Support technical investigations and drive the implementation of new asset technologies to sustain continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • You bring expertise in Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q).
  • You possess knowledge of data integrity requirements and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in English.
