Onze klant, een toonaangevend farmaceutisch bedrijf, is op zoek naar een Pas-X MBR Design Specialist voor een grootschalig IT-moderniseringsproject. De rol richt zich op de overgang van legacy-systemen naar een geavanceerd MES-platform door het ontwerpen en implementeren van conforme elektronische batchdocumentatie.
Responsibilities
- Voeren van FitGap-analyses tussen legacy-systemen en de nieuwe GMT-omgeving.
- Begeleiden van software change management van user requirements tot functionele specificaties.
- Uitvoeren van User Acceptance Testing (UAT) voor systeemconfiguraties.
- Creëren, reviewen en updaten van Master Batch Records (MBRs) conform de kwaliteitsnormen.
- Vertalen van complexe productieprocessen naar duidelijke elektronische batchrecords (EBR).
- Beheren van document- en proceswijzigingen via formele change control-procedures.
- Waarborgen van naleving van GMP-, GDP- en interne kwaliteitsstandaarden gedurende het project.
Requirements
- Je hebt 5+ jaar ervaring met Pas-X MBR-design binnen de farmaceutische industrie.
- Je beschikt over diepgaande kennis van GMP en GDP richtlijnen.
- Je hebt ervaring met het beheren van documentatie via change control procedures.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld, nauwkeurig en in staat om zelfstandig te werken binnen een complexe omgeving.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden voor een vlotte samenwerking met productie, kwaliteit en IT.
