Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Junior Scientist Information Coordinator to join their early R&D team. This role acts as a central hub for scientific information management, ensuring data from external partners is accurately captured and shared with the scientific team.
Responsibilities
- Track and record scientific information received from external partners to maintain data integrity.
- Maintain and update the internal opportunity database to ensure information is complete and accessible.
- Coordinate interactions and information exchanges with external companies and academic institutions.
- Support the organization of major partnering conferences by managing invitations and logistics.
- Communicate complete data sets to the relevant scientific teams for further evaluation.
- Work closely with scientific stakeholders and the business development department to facilitate partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in a scientific field.
- 1+ years of experience in scientific coordination, information management, or a data-driven support role.
- You bring the ability to understand scientific discussions and ask relevant technical questions.
- You possess proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- You're highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, curious mindset.
- You are fluent in English.
