Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is looking for a Junior Scientist Information Coordinator to join their early R&D team. This role acts as a central hub for scientific information management, ensuring data from external partners is accurately captured and shared with the scientific team.

Responsibilities

  • Track and record scientific information received from external partners to maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain and update the internal opportunity database to ensure information is complete and accessible.
  • Coordinate interactions and information exchanges with external companies and academic institutions.
  • Support the organization of major partnering conferences by managing invitations and logistics.
  • Communicate complete data sets to the relevant scientific teams for further evaluation.
  • Work closely with scientific stakeholders and the business development department to facilitate partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in a scientific field.
  • 1+ years of experience in scientific coordination, information management, or a data-driven support role.
  • You bring the ability to understand scientific discussions and ask relevant technical questions.
  • You possess proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • You're highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, curious mindset.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with scientific databases such as Inpart.
  • Familiarity with early-stage pharmaceutical research and development environments.
