Functional Analyst – Web Applications & UI Design

Our client, a leading organization in the public sector, is looking for a Functional Analyst to join their digital development department. The role involves translating business requirements into functional designs for mission-critical web applications and cross-service processes.

• Collaborate with product owners to define and capture functional requirements for diverse digital products.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive functional designs and synthesized documentation for development teams.
• Design graphical user interfaces for web applications to ensure optimal user experience and usability.
• Serve as the primary functional point of contact for applications within the assigned project portfolio.
• Coordinate and execute functional and regression testing, including the creation of detailed test scenarios.
• Maintain alignment with established organizational functional frameworks and modeling standards.

• You have 5+ years of experience in functional analysis for large-scale, mission-critical business applications.
• You bring experience with UI design for web applications and proficiency with Balsamiq.
• You possess experience with requirement analysis and design concepts for OO, multi-tier, and UML environments.
• You have knowledge of relational databases and data and process modeling techniques.
• You possess experience with functional testing, regression testing, and test scenarios.
• You're experienced working within a SCRUM context.
• You have experience managing functional analysis across multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• You're a proactive team player with strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• You are native in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of the agricultural sector or related domains.
• Familiarity with customer identification and cross-service management processes.
