Safety Advisor - Preventieadviseur niveau 2 (Regio Olen)

Our client, a leading international player in the industrial process sector, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their safety team. This role focuses on providing hands-on EHS support during daily operations and project phases to strengthen risk awareness and operational discipline across the organization.

• Manage and guide the Management of Change (MOC) process and coordinate associated commissioning activities.
• Investigate accidents and incidents using fault tree analysis to define effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Facilitate toolbox meetings, site rounds, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform Task Risk Analyses (TRA) in close collaboration with shop floor teams.
• Advise and coach employees on safety procedures, legal norms, and the correct use of personal protective equipment.
• Develop and deliver specific safety training programs during the introduction of new products or processes.

• You have a Bachelor’s in Integrated Safety or are a certified Preventieadviseur niveau 2.
• You bring 8+ years of relevant experience as a Safety Advisor within an industrial process environment.
• You possess deep knowledge of MOC, PSR, and risk assessment methodologies.
• You are proactive and analytical with strong coaching skills to drive safety accountability.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English.
