Our client is a global industrial organization that prioritizes environment, health, and safety as core operational values. The role focuses on providing hands-on EHS support during daily operations and project phases to strengthen risk awareness and discipline across the site.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support employees regarding EHS processes and safe working practices on the shop floor.
  • Chair weekly Management of Change (MOC) meetings and follow up on issued advice.
  • Plan and participate in commissioning activities and Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews (PSR).
  • Investigate incidents, develop fact trees, and define corrective and preventive actions.
  • Perform Task Risk Analyses (TRA) together with operational teams and monitor resulting measures.
  • Provide safety input during project design, testing, and on-site implementation phases.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and develop specific safety training sessions for the department.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor in Integrated Safety or a Prevention Advisor Level II certification.
  • You possess 7+ years of experience in safety and health management within an industrial environment.
  • You bring expertise in Management of Change (MOC), Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews (PSR), and Task Risk Analyses (TRA).
  • You have experience working with EHS reporting systems such as Intelex.
  • You're a proactive team player with strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills.
  • You are fluent in Dutch.
