Business Change Manager – Utilities & Digital Transformation

Our client, a major utility provider in Flanders focusing on the energy transition and digital innovation, is seeking two dedicated professionals to join their change management team. This role involves leading large-scale transformations within data management and core process digitalization to enhance organizational agility and service delivery.

• Lead end-to-end change management initiatives from initial preparation through to implementation and post-go-live support.
• Design and execute comprehensive change action plans, including communication strategies, events, training, and impact measurements.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate ambassador or SPOC networks to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools.
• Align diverse stakeholders within a complex organizational environment to support large-scale digital and data transformations.
• Manage organizational change for groups exceeding 1000 employees, ensuring high levels of engagement and minimal resistance.

• 3+ years of experience in dedicated Change Management roles focusing on end-to-end implementations.
• 3+ years of experience managing change for complex digitalization trajectories or data management systems.
• 3+ years of experience providing overarching change support across multiple simultaneous projects or initiatives.
• You have deep knowledge of change methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, or the McKinsey 7S model.
• You bring proven experience in facilitating groups and coordinating ambassador networks in complex environments.
• You possess a detailed portfolio including a case study and a change action plan (covering communications, events, and training).
• You're recognized for your empathetic nature, active listening skills, and ability to align stakeholders.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Prince2.
• Knowledge of the Belgian energy market and utility landscape.
