Expert ICT Asset Manager – Governance & Strategy

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking an Expert ICT Asset Manager to optimize current governance and strategic asset management processes. The role involves improving the resilience and availability of assets through data management, process documentation, and organizational guidance.

• Strengthen and implement asset management governance in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Define KPIs for asset management and establish process reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement a master data cell including workflows for maintaining up-to-date asset data.
• Document lifecycle processes, roles, and tooling requirements tailored to the organizational structure.
• Lead organizational change management and stakeholder engagement to support the automation of asset management tasks.
• Oversee the total quality and performance of asset management processes and deliverables.

• You bring 8+ years of experience in strategic ICT asset management.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in governance implementation within decentralized organizations.
• You have deep expertise in defining inventory, lifecycle, and maintenance processes.
• You're proficient with SAP PM or equivalent asset management tools.
• You bring a solid understanding of ISO 5500x standards or equivalent best practices.
• You possess an in-depth understanding of the relationship between lifecycles, costs, and resources.
• You're proactive and possess professional communication skills towards management.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience with change management and workshop facilitation.
• Possession of certifications in ITIL, BPM, or Project Management.
