Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a professional to reinforce their biologics production department. This role focuses on the end-to-end management of production deviations, requiring a strong presence in the field to investigate and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage DSP production deviations from identification through to closure.
  • Perform field investigations by interviewing technicians and analyzing production equipment and processes.
  • Write and document minor, major, and clustered deviations within the quality system.
  • Collaborate closely with production, QA, MSAT, and technical services.
  • Participate in root cause analysis to identify the origin of process deviations.
  • Present and justify technical analyses and conclusions to quality assurance stakeholders.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in quality assurance including deviation management and technical writing.
  • You bring experience working within industrial-scale production environments.
  • You possess strong skills in root cause analysis and technical investigation.
  • You're proactive, autonomous, and comfortable conducting field-based investigations.
  • You have the communication skills to effectively interact with QA and production stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in French with an intermediate level of English.

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge or experience regarding Downstream (DSP) processes.
