Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a professional to reinforce their biologics production department. This role focuses on the end-to-end management of production deviations, requiring a strong presence in the field to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage DSP production deviations from identification through to closure.
- Perform field investigations by interviewing technicians and analyzing production equipment and processes.
- Write and document minor, major, and clustered deviations within the quality system.
- Collaborate closely with production, QA, MSAT, and technical services.
- Participate in root cause analysis to identify the origin of process deviations.
- Present and justify technical analyses and conclusions to quality assurance stakeholders.
Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience in quality assurance including deviation management and technical writing.
- You bring experience working within industrial-scale production environments.
- You possess strong skills in root cause analysis and technical investigation.
- You're proactive, autonomous, and comfortable conducting field-based investigations.
- You have the communication skills to effectively interact with QA and production stakeholders.
- You are fluent in French with an intermediate level of English.
