Our client, a major player in the insurance sector, is seeking a professional to drive the implementation of a new platform within their non-life division. The role focuses on bridging the gap between business requirements and technical delivery for mobility claims systems while helping scale an agile project team.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the startup and expansion of a dedicated agile project team.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT departments to ensure solution alignment.
  • Gather and analyze complex business requirements to translate them into technical features.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of platform requirements.
  • Model end-to-end business processes to ensure operational efficiency and clarity.
  • Take initiative to professionalize internal workflows and contribute to the business architecture.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
  • 4+ years experience within Non-Life insurance, specifically focused on mobility claims.
  • You have proven experience with BPMN for process modeling and tools such as Adonis.
  • You possess experience working within Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • You bring a result-oriented and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • You're a strong communicator capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English with basic knowledge of French.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with the setup of DXC GraphTalk platforms for non-life insurance.
  • Willingness to obtain a BPMN certification.
  • Willingness to obtain a SAFe certification.

Offer

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Work regime: Full-time
  • Working model: Hybrid with at least 2 days onsite per week
  • Contract: open to both permanent employees and freelancers
