Onze klant, een vooraanstaande organisatie binnen de industriële bouw, zoekt een Project Engineer Building voor de realisatie van grootschalige projecten. De focus ligt op de technische coördinatie van civiele structuren vanaf de ontwerpfase tot de uitvoering op de werf.
Responsibilities
- Opvolgen van capital projecten volgens de CPMP-methodiek met een focus op beton- en staalconstructies.
- Beheren van de volledige projectplanning, inclusief doelstellingen, mijlpalen en resources.
- Schrijven van technische specificaties, vergelijken van meetstaten en aansturen van contractoren op de werf.
- Toezien op de voortgang van de bouwactiviteiten en het identificeren van technische oplossingen.
- Rapporteren over de projectstatus aan de projectmanager en communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders.
- Waarborgen van de naleving van alle relevante regelgeving en kwaliteitsnormen.
- Documenteren van technische procedures en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen.
Requirements
- Je beschikt over een Master (Ir of Ing) in de bouwkunde.
- Je hebt 3+ jaar ervaring als project engineer binnen de bouwkundige industrie.
- Je brengt technische kennis van civiele constructies, betonvloeren en afwerkingen.
- Je hebt ervaring met het interpreteren en controleren van bouwkundige plannen in een werfomgeving.
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk, proactief en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands met een goede kennis van het Engels.
