Medior Construction Surveyor

Our client, a major player in the telecommunications and infrastructure industry, is seeking a Medior Construction Surveyor to support a network construction project. This role focuses on ensuring the seamless coordination, safety compliance, and high-quality delivery of onsite construction activities.

• Organize site preparations and verify agreements during internal and external coordination meetings.
• Coordinate the project execution plan and ensure all materials are scheduled for availability.
• Document all project tasks and progress accurately within the internal management systems.
• Provide technical support and instructions to onsite teams to resolve potential issues.
• Perform regular quality and safety checks to maintain a compliant working environment.
• Validate work progress and finalize the project execution plan upon completion.

• You have 3+ years of experience in telecom, utility construction, or the general construction sector.
• You possess a valid VOL-VCA certification.
• You bring proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• You have a valid Driving License B.
• You're proactive with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English.
