Global Pricing Manager

Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a professional to provide strategic pricing leadership for early-stage candidates and pipeline solutions. The role focuses on translating payer and health-system requirements into robust pricing strategies and evidence expectations to support key development decisions.

• Translate payer requirements and competitive dynamics into actionable pricing strategies and long-range forecast inputs.
• Develop target gross and net price assumptions, potential price corridors, and launch sequencing scenarios.
• Identify the clinical, economic, and real-world evidence required to substantiate value propositions and reimbursement ambitions.
• Monitor evolving pricing, HTA, and funding trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities for the portfolio.
• Deliver documented and audit-ready pricing inputs for business cases, portfolio decisions, and due diligence processes.
• Facilitate strategic alignment across global functions and regional markets to ensure consistency in pricing deliverables.
• Manage external vendor engagements and research projects to ensure analytical quality and adherence to budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, economics, business, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• You have 8+ years of relevant experience in global or regional pharmaceutical pricing and market access.
• You bring advanced analytical capabilities in scenario development, sensitivity analysis, and the synthesis of uncertain evidence.
• You possess a strong understanding of HTA, reimbursement, funding, and payer decision-making.
• You’re experienced in managing vendors and research projects while maintaining high-quality execution.
• You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to explain complex issues concisely.
• You are fluent in English.
