Expert SAP Controlling Specialist – S/4HANA & Integrations

Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is looking for a seasoned specialist to lead their financial controlling application landscape. This role focuses on delivering high-level support, managing complex change requests, and guiding the transition toward modern enterprise resource planning solutions.

• Deliver first and second-line support for financial and controlling application modules.
• Manage change requests by performing business requirement analysis and leading fit-gap exercises.
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional designs and technical specifications.
• Configure system settings for various controlling processes including planning, overhead management, and product costing.
• Lead unit and integration testing phases independently while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Support the transition and realization phases of large-scale system modernization projects.
• Mentor junior team members and act as a central point of contact for business stakeholders.

• You possess 15+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP CO, specifically in planning, CO-OM, CO-PC, and CO-PA.
• You have proven experience with SAP integrations for e-Drive, Hastus, Robin, and Erex.
• You bring extensive experience in performing blueprint, fit-gap, and requirements analysis.
• You have a strong track record of writing functional and technical specifications for SAP solutions.
• You possess practical experience with SAP integration across other modules such as PM, PP, and SD.
• You're able to debug programming code within a SAP environment.
• You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• You are a native speaker of Dutch or French (C2) with fluent professional proficiency in the other language (C1) and fluent professional proficiency in English (C1).
