Our client, a major actor in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a C&Q Manager to lead commissioning and qualification activities from end to end. The role involves ensuring technical and documentary compliance of equipment and systems in a demanding production environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full C&Q documentation lifecycle, including DQ, SRA, DICA, ERES, and MADB.
- Review and approve SAT and IOQ protocols, ensuring alignment with leveraging strategies and applicable standards.
- Oversee on-site test execution and guide testers to ensure real-time documentary compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities between departments such as Engineering, QA, Automation, and Production.
- Manage the resolution of blocking points and regularly report activity progress to the project manager.
- Assess the impact of changes and incidents occurring during qualification phases.
- Draft traceability matrices and keep FAT/SAT test indexes up to date.
- Fluent French with good knowledge of English
Requirements
You have 3+ years of experience in C&Q within a GMP environment.
- You are proficient in SAT, IOQ, and OQ qualification methodologies and leveraging approaches.
- You have in-depth knowledge of technical deliverables such as DQ, SRA, DICA, and traceability matrices.
- You bring strong documentary rigor and a sharp eye for detail in the field.
- You are able to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a project-based setting.
