Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical organization, is seeking a specialist to play a key role in the industrialization and lifecycle management of secondary and tertiary packaging. The role combines technical expertise with project coordination to support product launches, transfers, and process improvements within an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support industrialization activities for secondary and tertiary packaging systems.
  • Manage product launches, site transfers, and various lifecycle management changes.
  • Evaluate change controls and perform detailed technical impact assessments for packaging, equipment, and processes.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including protocols and reports.
  • Coordinate activities between production sites, external suppliers, and CMOs.
  • Participate in and follow up on production tests and technical trials when required.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industrialization or packaging roles.
  • You bring strong expertise in GMP compliance and quality standards.
  • You possess technical knowledge of secondary packaging and tertiary packaging.
  • You have experience managing change controls and performing technical impact assessments.
  • You're autonomous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a complex, international environment.
  • You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

  • Scientific or technical background in chemistry, materials, or engineering.
  • Experience with qualification and validation (CQV) activities.
  • Active knowledge of French.
