Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager – Compliance & Infrastructure

Our client, a major public infrastructure provider, is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Program Manager to join their security department. The role involves managing and implementing information security processes while coordinating a comprehensive security program and project portfolio.

• Coordinate the security program to ensure global consistency across various organizational entities.
• Manage the cybersecurity project portfolio specifically within the framework of the NIS2 directive.
• Support operational teams in implementing security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Translate high-level security policies into specific security directives and guidelines.
• Monitor and follow up on security action plans and remediation activities.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress and risk mitigation coverage to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain clear, explicit security dashboards.

• 8+ years experience in Cybersecurity and Information Systems Security (SSI) fundamentals.
• 8+ years expertise in ISO 27K standards and security technologies.
• 8+ years experience in IT Project Management and Program Management.
• 5+ years managing complex project portfolios within large-scale environments.
• You possess deep knowledge of NIS2 regulatory requirements and cybersecurity threat landscapes.
• You bring excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• You're a proactive team player who can also work autonomously and adapt to changing situations.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch.
