Our client is an innovative provider of patient-engagement solutions within the healthcare industry. Their mission is to empower people to take control of their health, and we do that by equipping pharmacists with cutting-edge tools that drive real patient engagement.
This role focuses on managing the complete sales cycle and driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship management.
We’re looking for a true hunter—someone who thrives on building pipeline from scratch, opening doors that others can’t, and turning conversations into signed deals.
Responsibilities
Your Mission
You own the entire sales cycle—from first contact to close. You don’t wait for opportunities, you create them. You know how to navigate complex sales environments, engage decision-makers, and push deals forward with confidence and urgency.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt relentlessly: Identify, target, and win new pharmacy clients across Flanders using phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and your own creative outreach strategies
- Create opportunities: Turn cold leads into qualified prospects by uncovering real needs and pain points
- Sell value, not features: Deliver sharp, tailored demos and build compelling business cases that resonate with pharmacists
- Drive deals to close: Lead negotiations with confidence—online and in person—and push opportunities across the finish line
- Own your pipeline: Maintain momentum through consistent follow-ups and structured deal management
- Think like an entrepreneur: Manage your territory as your own business and continuously look for growth opportunities
- Stay ahead: Keep a close eye on market trends and translate insights into smarter sales strategies.
Requirements
Who You Are
- A natural hunter with a strong drive to win new business
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (SaaS, digital health, or healthcare is a strong plus)
- Comfortable operating independently with a strong bias for action
- Resilient, persuasive, and energized by targets and performance pressure
- Excellent communicator in Dutch (C2) and English (B2+); French is a plus
- Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM tools and modern sales stacks
- Willing to travel across West and East-Flanders; you hold a valid driver’s license.
