Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing units specializing in dry forms and medical device assembly. This role focuses on optimizing equipment performance, troubleshooting process issues, and bridging the gap between industrial automation and technical IT interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing units with a primary focus on Medical Device Assembly, Packaging, and solid dosage forms.
- Lead the implementation of new equipment and manufacturing processes from design through to operational readiness.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and conduct deviation analysis, including the management of CAPAs.
- Act as a Process SME for multi-disciplinary projects and manage process change controls.
- Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to facilitate FAT and equipment reception.
- Engage in hands-on shop floor activities such as testing, trials, and machine ownership.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in an industrial production environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector.
- You bring expertise in process manufacturing specifically related to Packaging, Assembly, or blister lines.
- You possess a strong understanding of industrial automation including PLC, DCS, HMI, and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- You're a proactive communicator who is solution-oriented and comfortable working autonomously.
- You are fluent in French with a professional level of English.
