Our client, a prominent leader in the retail and distribution sector, is looking for a professional to manage the integration of a new operational model. This role involves coordinating the setup of streamlined ordering, delivery, and financial processes between key business units.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end testing of new systems and tools to ensure both technical and business validation.
  • Drive and support change management for users transitioning toward full operational autonomy.
  • Develop training materials and documentation to facilitate the adoption of standard tools and processes.
  • Identify additional process and tool requirements to optimize the transition and capture business benefits.
  • Provide post-implementation support to ensure a smooth handover to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Experience with supply chain and invoicing processes.
  • Background in technical implementation projects, specifically focusing on testing and validation.
  • Project management skills including coordination and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in change management and user transition support.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch with written proficiency in English.
