Our client is a global leader in materials technology and sustainable production. This role involves strengthening human resources operations at a key industrial production site by combining strategic partnership with operational excellence. The focus lies on implementing organizational frameworks, managing labor relations, and ensuring high-quality HR standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR projects focused on career frameworks, competence models, and quality integration.
  • Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and union interactions.
  • Advise and challenge management on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational topics.
  • Coordinate team dialogues, engagement workshops, and initiatives following people surveys.
  • Standardize HR policies and procedures to meet organizational and automotive quality standards.
  • Provide operational coaching to HR team members and oversee local implementation of global initiatives.

Requirements

  • You have 7+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager within an industrial environment.
  • You bring in-depth knowledge of Polish labor law and experience in managing trade unions.
  • You possess experience implementing HR frameworks including career paths and competency models.
  • You're familiar with IATF or other automotive quality standards and procedural governance.
  • You bring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomously in evolving environments.
  • You are native in Polish with a fluent level of English.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
