Our client, a prominent organization in the transport and logistics sector, is seeking an expert to join their analytics team. This role integrates functional analysis, development, and application ownership to deliver sophisticated reporting solutions for operational maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and document business requirements for specialized reports and dashboards within the maintenance domain.
- Translate complex needs into functional specifications and technical mock-ups for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with internal and external developers to validate and refine technical deliverables.
- Manage project roadmaps for application improvements, bug fixes, and incidents in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for reporting solutions and ensure consistency with business architecture.
- Support quality assurance through the development of test scenarios, functional testing, and data cleansing.
Requirements
- You have a Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or Economics.
- You possess 15+ years of experience in data analytics with SAP BW and SAP BW/4HANA.
- You bring 3+ years of experience within the transport or railway sector.
- You have expert knowledge of reporting tools including Webi, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP Analytics Cloud, and PowerBI.
- You possess hands-on experience with migration processes from SAP BW 7.x to SAP BW/4HANA.
- You have in-depth knowledge of SAP MM and SAP PM modules.
- You possess valid certifications in SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C1 level, with at least B2 level proficiency in English and the other national language.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and SAP PS.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with analysis techniques such as use cases and scenario development.
