Responsibilities
- representative of HR within FrieslandCampina
- work closely with a diverse team of professionals and play a key role in the implementation of HR policies, projects and initiatives that strengthen both employee satisfaction and the organization.
- act as the first point of contact for individual case management (illness, involuntary leave, underperformance, assessment preparation,...).
- offer support and guidance to employees and managers with relevant questions and interventions (outside the scope of your colleagues from HR Services or the Global Shared Service Centre).
- will ensure the implementation of HR policies, projects and initiatives in your region or location, ensuring alignment with the general objectives of the organization.
- provide support in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
- handle complex tasks in the field of personnel administration (including exceptions and dismissal) accurately and with an eye for detail.
- assist managers in the performance management cycle where guidance and support is necessary.
- will support in job evaluation processes to ensure fair and consistent practices.
- (partly) responsible for social relations (with employees, trade unions and consultative bodies) on location to support location management.
Requirements
-education - Bachelor or Master degree (Human Resources)
- successful experience of at least 5-8 years in HR (or related field)
- Knowledge of Dutch and English language (fluent)
- proven experience with trade unions and consultative bodies
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- ownership and are good at setting priorities
- result-oriented, problem-solving and dare to make decisions independently
