Our client, a leading organization in the industrial production sector, is looking for a specialist to provide SAP support and training for their maintenance and production departments. This role focuses on optimizing business processes within SAP PM while facilitating the transition to a new enterprise asset management system and ensuring seamless cross-module integration.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Provide first-line support to internal end-users regarding business processes.
- Conduct targeted training sessions for technicians and production staff on system usage.
- Manage and optimize knowledge assets within the SAP PM module in SAP ECC.
- Facilitate the migration and transition from SAP PM to the new IFS system.
- Ensure seamless integration between the IFS maintenance module and S/4HANA modules including EWM, MM, and FICO.
- Act as a key technical contact and knowledge expert within the support team for the long term.
Vereisten
- You have thorough knowledge of SAP PM.
- You bring experience with SAP MM and IM.
- You possess experience working in SAP ECC environments.
- You're passionate about providing user support and conducting technical training sessions.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or IFS.
