ICT Project & Operations Lead – Infrastructure & Process Management

Our client, a leading organization in the environmental and energy sector, is seeking an experienced leader to oversee their digital operations. This role focuses on coordinating ICT projects, managing operational planning, and coaching a dedicated team of internal and external professionals. The objective is to ensure the continuity and efficiency of critical IT processes while aligning with broader organizational goals.

• Lead and coach a team of internal and external ICT professionals to optimize operational performance and service delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ICT projects and change requests in alignment with GPMO frameworks and Service Desk standards.
• Oversee operational planning, budget monitoring, and administrative processes to ensure departmental objectives are met.
• Ensure process quality and security compliance by acting as the primary process owner during inspections and audits.
• Analyze complex technical problems and proactively initiate improvement proposals to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to prioritize workloads and maintain a clear overview of ongoing digital transformations.

• 5+ years experience in a coordinating ICT role or project management.
• You possess advanced expertise in Project Management and Process Management.
• You bring advanced skills in Planning, Organization, and Administrative Management.
• You have advanced knowledge of Quality Control and Risk Analysis.
• You possess a strong affinity for IT operations and change management.
• You're a mature professional with strong communication and social skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Working knowledge of French.
