Functional Analyst – Digital Public Registers & API Integration

Our client, a leading public sector organization, is looking for a Functional Analyst to support the development and optimization of a digital association register. The project aims to provide standardized digital service delivery for organizations interacting with governmental bodies.

• Analyze and document functional requirements for a digital public register project.
• Optimize business processes using BPM methodologies to enhance digital service efficiency.
• Liaise with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Coordinate API integrations and oversee data mapping between disparate systems.
• Execute comprehensive functional testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Monitor project management facets including timing, resource coordination, and budget estimation.

• You have 5+ years of experience in business management within an ICT environment.
• You possess 5+ years of experience working with API integrations, specifically REST APIs and Postman.
• You bring 5+ years of experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• You're experienced with 3+ years in functional analysis and functional testing.
• You have 3+ years of experience with data modeling and project documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.
• You possess 1+ years of experience in data migrations, PowerBI, and Excel.
• You bring proven experience with BPM (Business Process Modeling) and VBA.
• You have a strong background in stakeholder management and project management facets such as planning and cost estimation.
• You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level.
