SAP Master Data Consultant – S/4HANA Migration & Governance

Our client, a global leader in materials technology and sustainability, is seeking an experienced consultant to support a large-scale enterprise resource planning transition. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality data readiness and executing end-to-end migration activities across multiple project roll-out phases.

• Lead data cleansing initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure high data quality.
• Support the data migration track across multiple deployment waves.
• Define selection criteria and migration boundaries to establish clear data scoping.
• Align data input files with target system structures to ensure consistency and completeness.
• Execute technical migration steps using standard and custom-built utilities.
• Analyze data patterns and gaps to propose and implement corrective actions.
• Document cleansing strategies, migration results, and key architectural decisions.

• You have 5+ years of functional experience with SAP Master Data and integration across MM, SD, PP, and FI.
• You bring 5+ years of expertise in Data Migration strategies, including scoping, cleansing, and validation.
• You possess 5+ years of Data Analysis experience within complex SAP environments.
• You have hands-on experience with S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and SAP MDG.
• You bring technical proficiency in BAPIs, IDocs, and custom load programs.
• You possess experience working with the SAP Activate methodology or similar structured migration frameworks.
• You're detail-oriented, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• You're a proactive collaborator with strong communication skills for cross-domain alignment.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Dutch.
• Formal SAP certifications.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and quality frameworks.
