Our client, a leading public sector organization, is seeking a professional to bridge the gap between architectural vision and technical development for its central data exchange platform. This role focuses on optimizing secure, automated data sharing between various administrations using synchronous and asynchronous service models.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Translate functional requirements and architectural frameworks into concrete technical specifications for development teams.
- Design synchronous web services using SOAP and REST while defining data models, error handling, and versioning.
- Collaborate on the design of event-driven architectures including Kafka topic structures and schema evolution.
- Draft technical requirements for asynchronous data transfers using FTP, SFTP, and batch processing.
- Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria to ensure technical requirements are measurable and testable.
- Manage operational tasks including bug ticket follow-up and support for migration or cleanup projects.
Vereisten
- 5+ years of functional analysis experience working with large-scale, business-critical applications.
- 5+ years in requirements analysis and the translation of business needs into technical specifications.
- 5+ years with SOAP and REST services, including the interpretation and creation of XML and Swagger files.
- 5+ years of experience with asynchronous file transfers such as FTP, SFTP, and batch processing.
- 3+ years working with Oracle or EDB PostgreSQL databases.
- 3+ years in token-based authorization and identity security protocols.
- 3+ years using project tools including Jira, Confluence, SoapUI, and Postman.
- 1+ years defining test strategies and quality assurance scenarios.
- You possess knowledge of UML, OO design concepts, and data or process modeling techniques.
- You are fluent in Dutch at a CEFR C2 level.
Nice to Haves
- 1+ years with Kafka topic design, partitioning, and event-driven principles.
- 1+ years working in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Microsoft Azure environments.
- 1+ years experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring via ELK stack or Jaeger.
- Familiarity with XSLT transformations and linked data standards.
- Willingness to sign and adhere to specific non-disclosure agreements.
