CSC Pack and Tech Coordinator

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a CSC Pack and Tech Coordinator to manage the interface between clinical supply operations and their international packaging network. The role focuses on delivering cost-effective and compliant clinical supplies to ensure successful patient dosing through shipment oversight and rigorous process coordination.

• Manage and oversee shipments of finished clinical goods from packaging vendors into the global distribution network.
• Coordinate the creation, review, and communication of protocol-specific medication lists for clinical studies.
• Resolve supply chain issues related to inventory, packaging, and receiving to maintain strict study timelines.
• Ensure all operations remain consistent with **GMP** guidelines and established compliance standards.
• Maintain and update administrative tracking tools and databases to ensure high data accuracy across functional teams.
• Support business process improvements by identifying gaps and implementing solutions for tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in quality, logistics, and procurement to streamline clinical supply operations.

• You possess a Bachelor’s degree in science, supply chain, or a related field, or a PharmD.
• You have 3+ years of experience in a clinical supply chain role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• You bring expertise in clinical supply packaging, labeling, and distribution processes.
• You possess a strong understanding of **GxP** principles and clinical trial operations.
• You have experience working with systems such as **SAP**, **OMP**, **MPT**, and **Excel**.
• You are assertive and proactive with the ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize across multiple projects.
• You are fluent in **English**.

• Experience with **PowerBI**, **e-marketplace**, or **Lean 6 Sigma**.
