Senior Functional Analyst – SAP MM & Procurement

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions within the procurement domain, driving process optimization and digital transformation.

• Analyze and document business requirements and change requests to translate needs into compliant SAP MM solutions.
• Perform system customizing and configuration within the SAP MM module according to architecture standards.
• Draft functional specifications for developers and monitor delivery quality for all technical enhancements.
• Coordinate and execute various testing phases, including unit, integration, user acceptance, and regression tests.
• Provide daily support for purchasing and logistics processes, managing bug fixes and interfaces via SAP Solution Manager.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to act as the primary interface between business units and IT teams.

• 15+ years of functional experience in SAP MM modules.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP PM modules, preferably for legal inspection projects.
• 2+ years of expertise in SAP Service Master Data Management.
• You hold an SAP Certified SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement certification.
• You possess experience in business analysis and functional design within a Business Relationship Management context.
• You have experience working with SAP Solution Manager for support and ticket management.
• You bring strong presentation skills and a professional attitude.
• You are fluent in Dutch or French at C1 level with intermediate knowledge of English at B2 level.

• Familiarity with broader SAP Supply Chain modules.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP Basis and reporting teams.
