Product Lead – Energy Solutions Platform

Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is looking for a Product Lead to manage their foundational energy solutions cluster. The role involves defining product vision and strategy to empower internal teams and external partners while ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-value platforms.

• Define and continuously refine the product line vision and strategy in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product bets and an insight-driven roadmap.
• Empower product teams by providing the necessary context, autonomy, and support to solve complex problems.
• Lead key product ceremonies including roadmap reviews, weekly updates, and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Engage and align with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and federal or regional regulators.
• Coach and develop Product Managers and Product Owners across core competencies such as strategy, discovery, and leadership.
• Set and monitor measurable KPIs and OKRs to ensure the successful delivery and performance of the product line.

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record at a senior or lead level.
• Extensive experience owning a product line end-to-end within the Energy, Utility, or Regulated Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong background in Agile product operating models and working within multi-disciplinary teams across Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Practical knowledge of Energy Market Structures, Grid Operations, or Flexibility Services.
• Experience with Market Design for regulated product environments.
• Proficiency in evidence-based decision-making and performance tracking using OKRs and KPIs.
• You possess excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes.
• You bring a coaching mindset and high emotional intelligence to resolve conflicts and build trust.
• You are fluent in English with a good level of Dutch and/or French.
