Sales Support

In this role, you will be part of the Sales Support team at FrieslandCampina in Ghent, where you combine administrative expertise with customer-focused service. As a Sales Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and contributing to their growth in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction and efficiency are central.

Your responsibilities:

You will work closely with the Account Managers of the Belgian team to effectively implement account plans and achieve the desired results for customers.

You will support the Account Manager in processing new annual agreements and proposing new products and promotions to customers.

You will maintain contact with customers regarding operational matters and provide reports.

You will collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing, customer supply chain, finance, etc.

You will assist customers with their questions and aim to support their growth.

You will be responsible for the commercial and administrative support of your customer portfolio.

Your skills:

You hold a bachelor's degree or have proven experience in a similar role.

You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with SAP and Salesforce case management is a plus.

You have a keen eye for detail and work accurately and in a structured manner.

You are resilient under pressure and flexible, with the ability to set priorities easily.

You are a proactive team player.

You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English.JD
