Business Analyst – Relationship Management & Insurance

Our client, a prominent organization in the insurance sector, is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join their relationship management team. This role supports the Product Owner in analyzing epics and business features to help achieve a strategic and challenging roadmap.

• Analyze business processes and needs through workshops, interviews, and detailed data analysis.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories for the development team.
• Support the development of business cases and perform impact analyses to contribute to the project roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor the progress and success of implemented changes to ensure strategic alignment.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the transformation office.

• You have 3+ years of experience in insurance business analysis and process optimization.
• You possess expertise in process modelling, business feature mapping, and user story writing.
• You bring experience in stakeholder management using dedicated analysis tools and techniques.
• You're skilled in gathering, structuring, and validating complex business requirements.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to facilitate workshops and presentations.
• You're proactive and solution-oriented with a talent for building cross-functional relationships.
• You are fluent in Dutch with very good knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
• Knowledge of Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700) or Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
