Engineering Project Manager Senior

As an ideal candidate, you are a skilled Project Manager with a strong technical background and a passion for engineering. If you excel at overseeing projects from inception to completion and enjoy working in a dynamic setting, this opportunity is for you.

• You manage the scope, budget, timeline, and quality of projects from A to Z.
• You coordinate engineering (basic and detailed), execution, and commissioning activities.
• You are responsible for project layout, determining process parameters in collaboration with production and R&D teams.
• You focus on safety, ergonomics, automation, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
• You collaborate with the purchasing department for components and services.
• You coordinate multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external.
• You communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

• You hold a Master's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, chemical, or metallurgical) or possess equivalent experience.
• You have at least 7 years of relevant experience in the sector, preferably in chemistry, metallurgy, or machine construction.
• You have a background as a (project) engineer.
• You can read and draw P&IDs.
• You possess strong technical insight.
• You have a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• You demonstrate a sense of responsibility and initiative.
• You exhibit a hands-on mentality and safety awareness.
• You are an effective communicator.
• You are proficient in Dutch.
• You hold a VCA certification.
• You are fluent in Dutch and other languages are a plus.
